Job Description

To publish and manage regulatory and internal MIS Reports and prepare Investment dashboards in order to achieve the internal as well as regulatory investment objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Responsibilities :

- To have a sound knowledge of Investment IRDA Regulations

- To monitor hard, soft and internal limits in the investment system and provide alerts to Front Office in advance to avoid any breaches

- To manage, prepare & publish internal MIS and regulatory reports

- To automate activities for the purpose of various MIS reports

- To manage Month end reporting and Daily position TB matching

- To prepare monthly factsheets

- To collaborate with Investment front office team on related developments in asset classes and relevant changes in Internal MIS reports

- To preparation of IRDA Returns, ULIP disclosure report, Capital market exposure report and Website Disclosure Report and ensure it reconciles with the investment system

Key Performance - Accurate and Timely publication of MIS reports = 100% CX/NPSQ/Ver 1.0/1st Feb 2020

Internal Indicators - Preparation of regulatory reports with accuracy & timely submission = 100%

- Automate the MIS reports = 100%

Job Requirements :

Qualifications : CA / MBA

Experience : 5-6 Years of relevant experience

Functional Competencies :

- A sound understanding of the software used by Investments

- A sound knowledge of Investment IRDA Returns

- Good understanding of the reporting requirement and links with various report and systems

- Filing all IRDA and regulatory reporting with zero non-compliance and within stipulated timelines

- Ability to draw conclusions and assess impact from analysis and interpretation of financial data
