Finance Manager - IRDAI Reporting - Insurance (3-8 yrs)

- To ensure correct and timely regulatory reporting to the statutory authorities

- Automation IRDAI reports (Including BAP)

- Identify process gaps and improve on the same to facilitate smooth functioning of the department

- To perform analysis on all IRDAI reports, prepare trends reported and develop improvement plans.

- To get the data from various departments and perform variance analysis for IRDAI reports

- To Manage and oversee the Accounting of Insurance operation.

- Processing of fortnightly Agent & BABP Commission as per the agreed TAT and ensuring that the robust validation and control has been put in place before releasing the commission.

- To controls, review and timely closure of books of accounts including expense provision, advances and analysis codes

- To co-ordinate and complete limited review, Stat audit, internal audit and IFC audit
