Servify - Quality Assurance Engineer - Appium/Selenium (3-6 yrs)

POSITION SUMMARY :

This role is ideal for someone who is proficient in manual and automation QA testing with a passion for enhancing quality assurance practices through automation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Create detailed comprehensive and well- structured test plans and test cases

2. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement latest testing tools and test strategies to maximize development efficiency

3. Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities

4. Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugsin standard tracking tools

5. Perform thorough functional & regression testing

6. Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback

REQUIREMENTS :

1. SQL (Database testing)

2. API testing

3. Mobile application testing

4. Unix (primarily for verifying logs)

5. Strong knowledge of QA processes, testing concepts, STLC

6. Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities

7. Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugsin standard tracking tools

8. Perform thorough functional & regression testing

9. Automation knowledge / experience using any tool (Selenium, Appium, etc)

10. Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools

11. Exposure to Agile work environment

12. Experience in using JIRA
