Servify - Business Operations Analyst (2-3 yrs)

About the job :

Position Summary :

- As part of the Business Operations team, you will support the Sales and Distribution team with up-to-date information about sales volumes, transactions, active partners and trends.

- You will work closely with the Business Head - India and the Sales & Distribution Head, coordinating daily sales reviews.

- The company will train you in the use of Tableau for business reviews and guiding improvements, as well as in key aspects of sales and distribution management.

- This role is a stepping stone to future opportunities in either Sales & Distribution or Business Intelligence and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities :

- Use the Servify Analytics portal, powered by Tableau, to support business review meetings

- Provide support to the Sales and Distribution team in responding to data requests from customers and the leadership team, via review presentations and reports

- Learn how to develop new dashboards using Tableau and build new ones as per the requirements of the sales team and customers

- Work with the Process Automation team to build automated tools that generate presentations and reports for business purposes

- As part of the Business Operations team, learn the necessary skills to manage platform configurations across all our offerings

Requirements :

- Strong knowledge of advanced Excel functions, including all three types of lookup functions, text string modification such as MID, multiple IF statements, and using TRUE/FALSE logic to identify exceptions in Excel without macros

- Customer focused mindset and willingness to go the extra mile to deliver value for the customer and the organization

- Good communication skills are a must.

- Candidates must be able to write e-mails in clear and precise English

- A strong head for numbers and high attention to detail

- Prior experience with automated presentation creation tools, analytics, or dashboards is preferable.
