Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and market-savvy Business Analyst with expertise in cryptocurrency markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of blockchain technologies, market trends, and data-driven analysis. This role involves working cross-functionally to drive strategic decision-making and support the development of crypto-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth market analysis on cryptocurrency trends, tokens, and blockchain projects to identify opportunities and risks.

- Track and interpret key market metrics, including on-chain analytics, trading volumes, sentiment analysis, and regulatory developments.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into crypto market dynamics.

- Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.

- Gather and document business and technical requirements for new features or projects related to crypto services.

- Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.

- Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

- Experience: 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within the cryptocurrency, fintech, or financial services industry.

- Strong understanding of technology.

- Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, Excel) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Familiarity with crypto trading platforms, exchanges, and APIs.

- Ability to interpret and visualize complex datasets related to market activity and blockchain networks.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- A strong passion for cryptocurrency and a proactive approach to staying informed on market developments.
