Sr Business Analyst

Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our APAC Sales Operations organization who will serve as a member of ServiceNows core Sales Operations team through partnerships with key stakeholders in the organization. Must be eager, hungry to improve and a fast learner!

The preferred candidate will have experience supporting Sales, is comfortable managing large data sets, has strong attention to detail and has a creative problem-solving mindset. They will work cross-functionally across sales, operations, marketing, and finance, with the primary goal of enabling sales leadership to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions. Looking for a candidate who is open to flexible time as this person will be working with various APAC Operations team. Will require some hours to overlap during ramp up period.

Responsibilities include:

Work with cross-functional leaders and corporate team to support annual sales planning, quota setting and territory assignment.

Support onboarding and offboarding of sales, working with commissions team to address sales compensation queries.

Maintain databases and develop weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics reports.

Analyze performance and productivity data and help in preparing slides for QBR s, or other Sales leadership presentations.

Drive internal processes and systems improvement to support sales excellence.

Review new BI requirements and help in the development and testing of related reporting and dashboards.

Support ad-hoc reporting requests and provide insights to APAC business stakeholders. Qualifications

Qualifications requirements:

Minimum bachelors degree with 5-years relevant experience as a data analyst or in sales operations

Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
