Job Description :
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 3+ years of ServiceNow experience, with a strong focus on ITSM and Discovery.
- Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM suite : Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery : Configuration, MID Server setup, and troubleshooting.
- Strong experience with CMDB management and asset tracking.
- Proven ability to design and implement ServiceNow workflows, automations, and integrations.
- Scripting proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow development environment.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrating external systems with ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of ITIL best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher-level certifications (preferred).
Key Responsibilities :
ServiceNow Implementation :
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (Service Catalog, Incident, Change, Problem, etc.) to align with business processes.
- Design and implement workflows, scripts, and integrations to automate tasks and streamline processes.
- Create custom forms, reports, and dashboards to provide valuable insights.
Problem Solving and Troubleshooting :
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow configurations and integrations.
- Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and optimize ServiceNow performance.
Client Engagement :
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on ServiceNow features and best practices.
Process Improvement :
- Analyze existing IT processes and identify opportunities for improvement using ServiceNow.
- Design and implement new processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Experience :
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Consultant or Developer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide Script, and GlideAjax.
- Solid understanding of Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
- Experience configuring and customizing core ServiceNow modules (Service Catalog, Incident, Change, etc.).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
