Role Description.

- This is a full-time remote role for a Senior ServiceNow Developer at Enterprise Minds.

- The Senior ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for coding, developing, and deploying systems and applications that enhance user experiences and align with business goals.

- Day-to-day tasks include back-end web development, software development, and programming with a focus on Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

equired Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, including hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, or custom modules.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, AngularJS, and other front-end technologies.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow's data model, table structure, and platform architecture.

- Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades and migrations.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices, including code review, version control, and testing.

- Expertise in ServiceNow integrations with external systems (e.g, LDAP, SCCM, Azure, and AWS).

- ServiceNow certifications (e.g, Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in implementing ServiceNow HRSD, CSM, or SecOps modules.

- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.

- Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.

- Experience with Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, or Mobile Studio.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
