ServiceNow Developer ( ITSM + Any Other Module Experience)

Develop and deliver IT Service Management (ITSM) dashboard and reporting features on the ServiceNow platform.

You will be responsible to collaborate with the Product Owner to influence product strategy and roadmap participate in Agile delivery routines as established by the Product Owner and Scrum Master and develop technical designs to achieve desired business outcomes.

You will also be responsible to develop and deliver features and functionality to address business requirements in alignment

Roles & Responsibilities : Degree required Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Management Information Systems or related technical field.

Amount and type of experience required 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving database engineering experience.

Specific skills required: Position requires the following

5 years of Database engineering experience

3 years of ServiceNow experience with Performance Analytics

3 years of ServiceNow development experience

3 years of ServiceNow scripting experience

3 years pf ServiceNow database view creation experience

3 years of ServiceNow email summary configuration experience

3 years of ServiceNow Performance Analytics widget configuration experience
