Role :Metrics and Reporting Manager

Overview:

ServiceNow Integrated Risk Module (IRM) is a strategic platform for both risk and controls at DB. To ensure that the correct risk and control information is calculated and ultimately displayed to the end user, there is a requirement to hire a Metrics and Reporting Manager’, the activities of which are detailed below :-

Key Activities

The role will involve the following :-

• Capture metrics requirements from various stakeholder communities.
• Undertake analysis of the data requirements and work with the integration team to source data if required.
• Translate user requirements into logic which can be applied directly into the ServiceNow Metrics module.
• Undertaking testing of the metrics and obtain user sign-off that metrics providing the correct data.
• For implemented metrics ensure data is generated as expected and co-ordinate any remediation activities when required.
• Be able to specify how metrics and associated data should be presented.
• For dashboards to be implemented in ServiceNow, specify the format and layout for implementation by the ServiceNow Developers
• Organize testing and sign-off the dashboards with the relevant stakeholder communities.
