Senior QA Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and ensure software quality.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Identify, document, and track software defects.
• Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve software usability and functionality.
• Take an active role in evolving the product strategy and roadmap.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• Up to 5 years of experience in software testing.
• Strong understanding of customer requirements and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in various testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of test frameworks, automation tools, and scripting languages.
• Familiarity with XML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Prior experience with enterprise applications like PLM, ERP, CRM, or other interconnected business systems is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
