• Responsible for Customer Complaint Management for the South & West region and Works with CRM
portal (Retail & institutional segment)
• One point contact for the south region customer complaint on premium rage lighting product.
• Handling the after sales service and technical delivery to site query.
• Spare management of Import & Domestic material for PAN India.
• Key role in NPD spares representing service side problem.
• Coordinating with abroad team for the spare, spare part code creation via. SAP.
• Updating the product feedback from market to quality team.
• Monitoring Periodic retail segment dealer point defective lamps inspections.
• Data handling for PAN India. Daily review with team and Data presentation monthly to management.
