Service Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage service operations, ensuring timely delivery of services to customers.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction index (CSI) scores.
  
• Oversee after sales service activities, including AMC renewals and warranty claims processing.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues related to ACs, refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens, water purifiers, gas stoves/cooktops/ chimneys/geysers etc.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high levels of productivity.
