Service Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide after sales service support to customers by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to industrial equipment and machinery.
  
• Conduct field services at customer sites, including installation, maintenance, repair, and calibration of instruments and equipment.
  
• Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by supervisors while maintaining high levels of quality standards.
  
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
