Position: Head of IT & Technology

Job Summary:

The Head of IT & Technology will be responsible for leading the organization's technology strategy, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives. This role ensures seamless IT operations, cyber security, and innovative technology adoption to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Drive digital transformation and innovation to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage IT budgets, resources, and technology investments.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

2. Infrastructure & Operations Management

• Oversee IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
• Ensure high system uptime, security, and data integrity.
• Implement and monitor IT policies, SOPs, and disaster recovery plans.

3. Business Technology Solutions

• Collaborate with business leaders to implement technology solutions that improve processes and customer experience.
• Drive automation and software solutions for business efficiency.
• Oversee ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems integration.

4. Cyber security & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
• Implement robust cyber security policies and risk mitigation strategies.
• Conduct periodic security audits and ensure data security measures.

5. IT Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team to ensure high performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as needed.

6. Digital Innovation & Transformation

• Identify and implement AI, cloud computing, and data analytics solutions.
• Drive digital-first initiatives to enhance customer engagement.
• Oversee IT-driven business automation and process enhancements.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cyber security, and digital transformation.
• Experience in managing enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
