Educational Qualification- Any graduate /post graduate any stream
candidates from Hotel Management / Hospitality /travel tourism background.
As a sales executive in hospitality ( luxury Villas ) your primary responsibility is to drive sales and revenue growth by proactively identifying and pursuing business opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients, and promoting the companies services and facilities to prospective guests and corporate clients. With strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a customer-centric approach, you play a key role in achieving sales targets, maximizing occupancy rates, and enhancing the Luxury Villas in GOA reputation as a premier destination for leisure and business travelers.
Business development
Identify and prospect new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, group bookings, and event inquiries, through cold calling, networking, and research to expand the client base and revenue streams.
Client relationship management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and industry partners, serving as the main point of contact and addressing client needs and inquiries effectively.
Sales presentations
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, highlighting the luxury villa’s unique selling points, facilities, and services to secure new business and drive revenue growth.
Market analysis
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and opportunities for growth in target market segments, and provide insights and recommendations to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Forecast and track sales performance, revenue projections, and booking trends, providing regular reports and updates to senior management to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Sales collateral and marketing support
Assist in the development of sales collateral, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns to support sales efforts and enhance the hotel’s visibility and brand awareness in the market.
Customer service
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up, ensuring a positive experience and building long-term relationships with clients.
Team collaboration
Collaborate with other hotel departments, including revenue management, operations, and marketing, to align sales efforts with overall hotel objectives, share information, and coordinate activities to maximize revenue opportunities.
Note – Candidates from pune location are preferred
