We are hiring candidate for the position of Guest Relations Manager

Job Title : Guest Relations Manager / Guest Services

Gender : Female

Job Location : Pune ,NIBM Kondhwa

Sector : Hospitality / Travel Tourism

Educational Qualification : Any graduate /post graduate or candidates from Hotel Management / Hospitality /travel tourism background.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor upscale guest service experiences for clients.
• Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival.
• Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned villas/rooms are prepared prior to check-in
• Coordinate luggage collection and storage.
• Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations and financial transactions
• Promptly address guests requests, like in-room dining and other services.
• Actively listen to and resolve complaints
• Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure and resolve customer concerns.
• Inform clients of our Luxury Villa services, including breakfast and dining options
• Promote all hotel amenities, conveniences and programs offered
• Liaise with Housekeepers and Wait Staff to provide an overall comfortable guest experience
• Examine daily duties, assign tasks and check on progress
• Analyze customer feedback from hotel guestbook and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings
• Recommend local tourist spots, including places to dine, shop and sight-see
• Establish friendly relationships with regular clients
• Work in complete cooperation with the management (Sales, Guest Relations, Operations etc.) and Inter-department communication and coordination with teams.
• Manage guest relations activities from Pune Office for GOA location.
• Handle the Guest Relations from back end for better guest service and experience.

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience in guest relations.
• Understanding of all guest relations best practices .Hands-on experience with various software used at front office,
• Basic accounting skills.
• Emails & Chat process & voice calling
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team into high performance
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation

Note: Candidates from the nearest location are preferred(8- 10 Kms) from Kondhwa NIBM Pune
