Practical experience in designing, implementing and trouble shooting communication interfaces is essential.
Must have knowledge of Wind Turbine.
Should also have a proven ability to work collaboratively on multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead Control Systems Development: Drive the design and implementation of control logic for wind turbines, focusing on supervisory, safety, and dynamic controls.
System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of control systems with SCADA, PLCs, and other communication interfaces.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the controls team to deliver high-quality, reliable systems, focusing on innovation and deliver in full (on time, at cost and at quality) all programs and projects.
Testing & Validation: Oversee system testing, validation, and commissioning of control systems. Ensure quality of the Control system using hardware in loop and Prototype testing.
PLC Expertise: Work with various PLCs used in wind power turbines, ensuring robust and flexible control solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Alignment with Product owner, collaborate with loads and performance team, Customer engineering and other stakeholders.
Continuously benchmark competition s technology and ensure technology roadmap is ahead competition.
Lead and empower engineering teams by being a role model in terms of behavior and technical knowledge.
Collaborate actively with peers and encourage team members to collaborate with peers across technology and across Senvion India to fulfil technical requirements across the value chain.
Challenge fairly and give credit to colleagues and team members to deliver continuously high performance and to the best of Senvion.
Provide priority support to field and operations which have direct impact on revenue.
