Vendor Management Executive

SentientGeeks is looking for Vendor Management Executive to join our HR department. The person will build a strong tech talent pipeline and maintain vendor relation.

Preferred industry: IT service Consulting

Experience: Minimum 06 months of exposure to staff augmentation

Work mode: On-site at Salt Lake Sector 5, Kolkata

Working days: Monday to Friday

Educational Qualification: B.Tech/ BCA or any other technical background.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Applicants must have 06 months to 2 years experience in staff augmentation
• Good understanding of vendor relation management, maintaining ETA, closure of client requirements on time.
• Should be well acquainted with social media like LinkedIn.
• Should have experience working in C2C and C2H models.

. Candidate with experience in Vendor Management or staff augmentation will be only preferred.

• Applicants should have good communication and writing skill.

Responsibilities:

• Writing and posting technical job descriptions
• Sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles from vendors and LinkedIn.

• Connect qualified candidates with technical team to conduct internal screening.
• Should maintain TAT and act as a bridge between vendor and internal team (Marketing team and technical team) to close requirements.
• Arranging interviews and responsible for vendor management.
