Job Description

Position Overview:

Sensiple is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2-5 years of experience in selling software services, solutions, and staffing services in the US market. The role is focused on cold calling, lead generation, and driving sales.


Responsibilities:


  • Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Identify and proactively reach out to potential clients across various industries to generate new business opportunities.

  • Present and sell Sensiples software solutions and staffing services to key decision-makers in the US.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.

  • Conduct product demos and customize solutions to align with client needs.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

  • Achieve sales targets and collaborate with the sales team to drive growth.

Qualifications:


  • 2-5 years of experience in inside sales or business development (preferably in software services, IT services, or staffing services).

  • Proven ability in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers.

  • Familiarity with the US market and business landscape.
