Job Description
- Understanding of the Real Estate Market in terms of title, deeds, maps, property formats.
- Understanding the basic nature of the domain and relating that to the search process.
- Understanding of the various reports/products available in the project assigned
- Communicating in an effective and timely manner to the teams assigned
- Comply with Turn Around Time and Accuracy as per Service Level Agreement / operations metrics
- Define/Driving quality and time metrics of the processes with reference to their complexity and criticality
- Assisting with planning and scheduling production and supervising the production process and TAT as per the SLA
- Drive operational excellence initiatives for projects through process improvements/automation
- Troubleshoot/Analyze any issues faced with the teams and provide appropriate information for completing the process with help of Quality Controllers
- Setting a communication protocol to the stakeholders on the process in timely manner
- Min 5-7 years of experience in the industry
- Any Graduate/Diploma holder
- Should possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
- Should be willing to work in shifts.
- Learn quickly and take ownership of responsibilities
