Job Summary:
The Senior Specialist - Performance Management plays a pivotal role in managing performance processes and systems, building a culture of ongoing goal, performance and growth check-ins and ensuring a great experience for our associates
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously improve performance evaluation tools and systems to ensure they align with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with IT, HRSS, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive experience with Performance Management systems
- Ensure timely and accurate data input and reporting from the Performance Management system.
- Manage annual and mid-year performance reviews and provide support to managers and employees throughout the process.
- Provide guidance and training to managers on conducting effective performance evaluations, setting goals, and delivering feedback.
- Track progress metrics and publish reports to senior management and HR Business Partners
- Foster a culture of continuous feedback and improvement by promoting ongoing communication between associates and their managers.
- Manage processes related to performance coaching and improvement.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the performance management process and suggest enhancements as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies in all performance management processes.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the performance management process.
