Sr Specialist - FP&A (LM)

The Senior Analyst - Labor Cost & Hours Management will play a pivotal role in managing, analyzing, and optimizing labor-related expenses, ensuring alignment with the organizations P&L objectives. This role is responsible for overseeing workforce hours and productivity data, tracking labor costs, and ensuring that they remain within budgetary constraints. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of cost control, and the ability to communicate effectively with both finance teams and business leaders. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and a commitment to delivering accurate and actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and support financial performance.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS

Manage and update operational monthly forecast.

Assist senior management in developing operating budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses

Handle monthly analyses and reporting responsibilities including Hours worked and financial impact of forecasting changes

Support the strategic planning process, annual planning process, and forecast

Gather and synthesize data across various parties and manage any ununiformed data
