Key job responsibilities
Define and execute the teams long-term technical strategy and roadmap.
Architect, design, implement, and deploy large-scale, complex services.
Innovate and simplify complex challenges to enhance your design and architectural skills.
Lead the development of machine learning and Generative AI-powered solutions.
Integrate our solutions with Amazons finance and other systems through cross-functional collaboration.
Plan, design, execute, and implement new services with Amazon engineering and business teams globally.
Communicate effectively in verbal and written formats, delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate directly with Senior Software Development Engineers (SDEs), Principal Engineers, Technical Program Managers, Product Managers, and customers to understand requirements and implement software solutions.
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
