Job Description

Primary Skills

Design and develop SAP CRM solutions based on business requirements using SAP CRM WebUI, ABAP, BAPI, BADI, and other relevant technologies.

Customize and extend standard SAP CRM functionalities across Sales, Marketing, and Service modules to enhance business processes.

Collaborate closely with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.

Implement enhancements and integrations with other SAP modules and external systems as required.

Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality and stability.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP CRM applications, resolving technical issues promptly.

Document technical specifications, system configurations, and processes for reference and knowledge sharing.

Stay updated with SAP CRM technology trends, best practices, and new features to continuously improve solution delivery

Secondary Skills

Basic understanding of FICA and Convergent Charging (CC).

Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Experience in technical and functional documentation.

Familiarity with industry billing processes (telecom, utilities, media).

Knowledge of SAP integration techniques.
