Senior Sales Manager (Project Management)

We are hiring for the role of Senior Sales Manager (Project Management)

Job Description:

• Manage and drive sales for the Project Segment, focusing on builders and contractors in Pune.
• Promote and sell products including modular switches, MCBs, DBs, wires, and lighting solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the construction and contracting industry.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales and market share.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery and project execution.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience in sales for electrical products (modular switches, MCBs, DBs, wires, lighting).
• Strong network with builders and contractors in Pune.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Project management and client relationship management.
