Great company. But no marketing or sales support. Everyone is on their own. Mgmt counts phone calls instead of bringing product knowledge or sales solutioning to the table. This is common in most company sales cultures though.
Marketing is very general. You're on your own in figuring out product and best messaging practices. Top sales leaders arn't gurus, they're just guys in the right place/right time. If you're one of those types of people with incredible luck (Forest Gump), then you'll do well.
