Since, it was my first job. I have learned so much form there. About teamwork, how to handle different kind of guests. The motivation is excellent. As a beginner small mistakes happend from my side, but the higher level manager and all they helped me to overcome the mistakes, they taught how to handle everything in a better way. Taught me about commitments. Overall its a wonderful place to start.
