- Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and interactions
- Understand clients' financial needs, goals, and preferences
- Product Knowledge:Stay informed about the organization's products and services
- Provide clients with information on relevant products that meet their needs
- Sales and Cross-Selling:Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling products and services to existing clients
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Financial Advisory:Provide financial advice and guidance to clients based on their individual circumstances
- Assist clients in making informed financial decisions
- Client Onboarding:Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and introduction to products and services
- Conduct orientation sessions when necessary
- Problem Resolution:Address client inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems
- Market Insights:Stay updated on financial market trends, economic conditions, and industry developments
- Provide clients with relevant market insights and updates
- Documentation and Compliance:Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation for client accounts
- Adhere to regulatory and compliance guidelines

Earlier Incentives was too good, now incentives are restructured and paying less . Earlier salary package was also offered less.
