Job Summary:
As, Senior Recruiter - Leadership Hiring, you will play a crucial role in attracting and engaging top senior talent for Lowe s India. This role is part of a specialized function within the Talent Acquisition team, focused on hiring for leadership roles. You will partner closely with Business & HR stakeholders to execute high impact hiring strategies.
An integral part of the role will be proactive pipelining of high-caliber senior talent for difficult-to-fill leadership roles and executing strategic talent programs for senior talent.
Roles & Responsibilities:

- Research & Execution:

- Partner Executive Hiring Leader on mission critical roles along-with independently driving leadership roles to success.
- Build and maintain an active talent pipeline for leadership roles, ensuring a steady flow of high-potential candidates.
- Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify top talent through market research, headhunting, referrals, and strategic networking.
- Conduct initial assessments and screenings to evaluate candidates leadership competencies, cultural fit, and alignment with Lowe s business strategy.
- Work closely with hiring leaders to ensure a smooth interview and selection process, providing timely feedback and guidance.
- Manage offer negotiations in collaboration with HR and Compensation teams, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Proactive Talent Pipelining
- Help execute strategies for proactive engagement with senior talent, particularly for critical and niche roles.
- Identify, initiate, and drive talent programs aimed at senior talent, in collaboration with TA Leadership and Communications teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor talent movements to provide market intelligence and insights to hiring leaders.
- Stakeholder & Candidate Experience Management:
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and executive hiring leaders, providing them regular updates and while anticipating bottlenecks, if any.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a superior candidate experience that aligns with Lowe s values and culture.
- Regularly track and report hiring metrics, identifying areas for continuous improvement.

Recruitment Operations & Process Excellence:
- Leverage Lowe s applicant tracking system (ATS) and other sourcing tools to maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and processes, maintaining high ethical and confidentiality standards.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions within the TA team to continuously enhance leadership hiring capabilities.
Years of Experience:
- 3+ direct delivery experience in senior level talent acquisition gained through the executive search industry and/or in-house executive TA roles in a complex highly matrixed multinational corporate environment.
Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)
Required Minimum Qualifications :
- Executive recruiting experience in either a global in-house executive search team, or a top executive search firm
- Strong research skills, aptitude, and ability to market map, enabling the identification and attraction of top-tier leadership talent from competitive industries.
