Senior Recruiter (F&A domain hiring)

Job Profile

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong background in end-to-end recruitment which involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing hiring manager expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing requirements
• Own and drive the intake meeting, kick-off & debrief process with the Business
• Take ownership of the entire recruitment process, from sourcing, pipeline management, screening, assessment & interviewing, offer negotiation.
• Build sustainable talent pipelines in niche areas to support the future and current needs of the business
• Create and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and Proven success in recruiting and sourcing for Financial Management Services and Creative
• Communication roles in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of creatively recruiting for varying levels of talent
• Good experience of working on applicant tracking systems, sourcing, recruiting data & recruiting tools.

Qualifications

1. Any graduation related to HR / Management / Social Work / Psychology
2. 3-8 years of experience as a end-to-end recruiter in a NON-IT hiring setup.
3. Strong understanding of Full Recruitment cycle and employment laws and regulations
4. Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Decision-Making skills.
5. Proficiency in using recruitment software (Preferred ATS - Zoho Recruit) and MS Office, especially MS Excel.
6. Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
