Role: (Sr.) Program Manager/Associate, Founder's Office

Location: Gurgaon HQ

Reporting to: Co-Founder or Senior Program Manager

Workdays: Monday to Friday

Role Overview:

As part of the Founder's Office, you will lead and support growth projects with a focus on building new functions and supporting existing ones. This role is dynamic and involves handling cross-functional projects that directly impact Boult's long-term strategy and growth. Projects may range from setting up new plants, establishing an offline sales vertical, supporting product development, and optimizing internal processes for cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Offline Sales Vertical Development:

Objective: Build and establish Boult's offline sales vertical.

Scope:

- Develop the 7Ps strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Physical Evidence) tailored for offline sales.

- Work on product assortment, pricing strategies, distribution planning, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

- Recruit the right talent for offline sales operations and establish policies, processes, and tracking systems for effectiveness and compliance.

- Implement technology solutions to track salesforce activities and inventory movements.

New Product Development:

Objective: Act as a liaison between Product Design and Manufacturing teams.

Scope:

- Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to pre-mass production stage.

- Ensure alignment between design and manufacturing teams, facilitating a smooth transition from prototype to production.

- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

New Plant Setup

Objective: Oversee the setup of Boult's new 1-acre manufacturing plant in Noida.

Scope:

- Manage project milestones, including architect selection, layout planning, contract bidding, and overseeing construction.

- Coordinate closely with the project team to ensure the plant setup aligns with business objectives and timelines.

- Note: This is a high-level supervisory role, not a day-to-day construction management position.

Key Personnel Recruitment:

Objective: Support the founders in recruiting for critical positions.

Scope:

- Work with internal recruitment teams and external agencies to screen and evaluate candidates for senior roles.

- This is not a core HR role but focuses on recruitment strategy and high-level candidate assessment for key positions across departments.

Other Projects (Cost Efficiency and Process Optimization):

Objective: Lead initiatives to drive cost efficiencies and streamline processes across various departments.

Scope:

- Identify areas for cost savings and productivity improvements.

- Work cross-functionally to build systems and implement process changes that enhance operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience: Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally in a fast-growing organization with cross-functional exposure.

- Skills: Strategic thinking, problem-solving, excellent communication, and ability to work with senior stakeholders.

- Mindset: Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and innovation, comfortable managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
