Analytics Vidhya - Senior Product Manager (7-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

1) Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and ongoing optimization.

2) Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to prioritize and implement product features that align with business goals and customer needs.

3) Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze data to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities.

4) Develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects strategic priorities and balances short-term delivery with long-term objectives.

5) Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of product initiatives and iterate based on user feedback and data insights.

6) Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.

7) Facilitate communication with stakeholders to share product updates, gather requirements, and align on expectations.

8) Champion the user experience by advocating for customer needs and ensuring that the product delivers value.

Required Skills and Qualifications: 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager .

Other Requirement:

1) Proven track record of working on products from concept to launch, with a deep understanding of the product lifecycle.

2) Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

3) Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

4) Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and content.

5) Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and practices.

6) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

7) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:.

- Experience working in an EdTech environment.

- Experience with product analytics tools such as Mix Panel.
