As a Senior Product Manager, you'll:

- Drive strategic initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience (CX) across our student learning platform

- Utilise your expertise in customer retention and learning experiences to elevate the life-time value of our customers.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver app experiences that captivate users, particularly in online video conferencing and learning environments.

- Ensure our service delivery meets the highest standards, providing seamless and high-quality support that keeps our customers engaged and satisfied.
