Senior Process Executive-Data

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive for our B&L team with 2 to 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and preferably domain experience in Delinquency Management and Bankruptcy within the Mortgage Loan sector. This role requires working from the office during night shifts with no travel involved.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations related to mortgage loan processes ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Provide support in managing delinquency and bankruptcy cases within the mortgage loan domain.

Utilize MS Excel to analyze data generate reports and track performance metrics.

Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflow.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates on case status.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all processes and transactions.

Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Support the team in achieving key performance indicators and organizational goals.

Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement in processes and systems.

Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel including data analysis and reporting.

Have experience in delinquency management and bankruptcy within the mortgage loan sector is preferred.

Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Show ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
