Job Description:

- We are currently looking for a self-motivated, can-do attitude marketing talent who has hands-on experience and a proven track record in the full stake of the marketing domain.
- In this role, you will be responsible for developing, communicating, and implementing marketing strategies for the organization.
- The four broader areas you will be contributing to are Marcomm, Branding, MR, and Digital Marketing.
Main Responsibilities of Senior Manager - Marketing
1. Develop and implement marketing strategies and marketing plans for Carbon and Biologicals businesses
2. Generate, manage, and nurture leads through on-ground campaigns and digital platforms for Biologicals & Carbon businesses
3. Develop, communicate, and implement brand guidelines across the organization
4. Collaborate with product managers and external agencies to develop top-quality content for print & digital
5. Guide graphic designers, marcom executives, & digital marketing executives to collaborate & deliver results
6. Conduct Market Research for brand awareness, satisfaction surveys, purchase intentions, etc.
- Understand the competitor landscape to gain insights and take initiatives for business growth.
- Develop & implement digital strategy to increase brand awareness and generate leads for Bio & Carbon Business
9. Increase traffic and brand visibility on social media, the website, and other communications platforms
10. Manage relationships with agencies and vendors, and track and effectively utilize the marketing budget
Must Have:
1. Passion for marketing and a firm belief in sustainability.
- MBA (marketing/Agri business management) from a tier 1 or tier 2 institute.
- 8 to 10 years of work experience in marketing, especially in the Agri/rural domain.
- An excellent team player with a proven track record in brand management, marcomm, MR, and digital marketing.
- Ability and willingness to travel 6 to 8 days/month in rural markets.
- Learning and problem-solving attitude.
