Accountability:

• Accountable for managing the branding requirements of Visaka group entities and ensure brand remains relevant to consumers and that required initiatives to support the brand promise across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to develop product positioning strategy by organizing, designing, and disseminating of various communications related to assigned business units/verticals/group entities of Visaka Industries Limited.
• Develop communication objectives for different brands, formulate budgets, media plans & schedules.
• Actively Engage with Advertising & PR agencies to give briefings on campaign objectives, guidelines, analyse their proposals, deliberate and vet the same & present implementation plans to the management.
• Engage with relevant agencies in formulating research strategies, conducting surveys, analysis of needs, media habits of the target audiences for different brands to identify market opportunities, gaps and trends to develop advertising, sales promotion programs, brand campaigns in different media and also measure effectiveness of the same and give feedback to management.
• Engage in understanding industry's best practices, competitive communication analysis of different brands, budgets, media plans and efficiencies.
• Leading & motivating diverse teams of graphic designing, content creation, copy writing & branding related staff. Assigning tasks, supervising everyday activities, monitoring progress to ensure compliance with deadlines and give required feedback to management at fixed intervals.
• Creating and monitoring (brainstorming to execution) brand campaigns (social media, Print media, visual media), presentations and website design optimisation.
• Collaborate with creative and design team to develop creative strategies for ensuring process efficiency and achieve objectives.
• Consistently shape the perception of our brand and company, through effective communication strategies of all verticals
