Team Leader / Senior Manager - Railways

Role & responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and supervise the Work and shall be responsible for governance of the TPI Agency team.
• He will be accountable for ensuring integrity, ethics and professionalism in Work.
• He will take all actions necessary to achieve the above objectives.
• The actions taken shall include but will not be limited to the following:
• develop, implement and maintain a system of checks and balances
• conduct super-checks, surprise checks from time to time
• take action in cases, where non-compliance is observed or reported and submit to the Authority action taken report documenting all such incidents along with monthly reports
• act as technical expert for TPI Agency and verify the inspections conducted meet the standards
• Act as nodal person responsible for dealing with the Authority.
• To review Inspection Scheme prepared by Assistant Manager
• To review quality suggestion for improvement in process inspection which prepared by Assistant Manager
• To review Action Taken Report (ATR) prepared by Assistant Manager and ensure it is submitted within 30 days after finalization of Joint Inspection outcome.
• To ensure Penalties under control or minimum
• To ensure Overall KPI score maintained over 70%. and implementation of mitigation plan to avoid losing KPI score in future
• Review monthly report prepared by Assistant Manager about inspection carried out within 7 days after the end of each month to the Authority.
• To maintain Zero Customer Complaint to avoid losing score in KPI
• To submit monthly GST invoice on or before 7th day of every month for Product inspection and Process inspection.
• Take part in three-member committee consisting of Project Director & Team Leader and two members nominated by the Authority. Matters in which difficulties are being faced may be referred to this committee for finding mutually acceptable solutions to remove difficulties

Preferred candidate profile

• Total experience of 20 (twenty) years after graduation.
• 10 years in TPI agency or in inspection field, out of which at least 3 years should be in a leadership role. (Leadership role shall mean role of managing a team consisting of at least 25 executives/engineers.)
