Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage litigations from initiation to closure, ensuring effective communication with internal stakeholders and external parties.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
• Provide strategic guidance on risk management and mitigation strategies for complex cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes through negotiation or mediation when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the litigation process.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 6+ Years in Litigation & Contract Management.
• Must be currently working in Listed Organization.
• Must hold Law degree.
