Job Description
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience.
- Certified Scrum Master/Agile Coach (Knowledge of Agile processes e.g., Scrum, Kanban & SAFe).
- Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile artifacts & ceremonies, e.g., Sprint planning/review, daily stand-up, User Stories & retrospective, etc.
- 5-7 years of experience in delivering projects using Agile ways of working, playing the role of Scrum Master/Agile Coach.
- At least 2 successfully delivered projects using Agile/Scrum methodology where you played the role of Scrum Master/Agile Coach.
- Experience in software development and/or project management.
- Experience applying a wide variety of patterns, analysis, and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach, e.g., Burndown techniques, Retrospective formats, etc.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Apply continuous improvement to Agile processes to further evolve and enhance the operating model.
- Support and coach Scrum Masters within squads to adhere to the appropriate Agile ways of working (e.g., tracker boards, Azure).
- Continuously seek to improve team performance by promoting joint accountability for results and solving productivity issues.
- Assist in deploying Agile in new segments/divisions of the bank from point zero.
- Provide ongoing facilitation and coaching that enables teams to excel at Agile.
- Continuously seek to improve team performance by promoting joint accountability for results and solving productivity issues, resulting in increased Velocity each Sprint.
- Support the achievement of defined Sprint Goals by the team.
- Liaise with Scrum Masters, Squads/Tribes, and Product Owners to ensure deliverables/approach are consistent with the objectives.
- Work closely with other Agile teams and management across Mashreq service lines.
- Assist in redesigning and leading the Business and Digital Agile Maturity assessment framework in line with best practices
