Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Compensation & Benefits to lead our total rewards strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform total rewards decisions
- Design and manage executive compensation programs
- Collaborate with HR leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Manage and analyze compensation and benefits data to inform business decisions
- Develop and manage budgets for compensation and benefits programs
Requirements:
- 14-15 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices, trends, and regulations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with compensation and benefits software (e.g., Workday, SAP)
- Certification in compensation and benefits (e.g., CCP, CBP)
- Experience in a global or multinational organization
