8+ years of frontend development experience, with 5+ years focused on React

3+ years of engineering management experience

Extensive experience building complex B2B SaaS applications

Deep understanding of React ecosystem, including state management, routing, and testing

Proven track record of improving application performance and user experience

Experience with modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, ESBuild, etc.)

Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies

Technical Skills

Core: React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+)

State Management: Redux, MobX, React Query

Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress

Build Tools: Webpack, Vite, ESBuild

Performance: Code splitting, lazy loading, bundle optimization

UI/UX: CSS-in-JS, Styled Components, Tailwind CSS

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

Architect and oversee the development of complex frontend applications using React and modern JavaScript

Drive technical decisions around frontend architecture, performance optimization, and development standards

Establish and maintain best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment

Lead performance optimization initiatives including bundle size reduction, code splitting, and page load improvements

Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs and maintain high UI/UX standards

Team Management

Build, mentor, and lead a team of frontend engineers
