Role Summary:
Business Partner Plumbing
Price and discount management Business Profitability Inventory management MODM management
Roles and Responsibility:
Preparation of SBU wise profitability monthly base and review results with SBU heads.
Highlight Various favour and unfavoured aspect of Business to CFO review monthly base.
Control Over Various Primary and secondary schemes running by Company across various business vertical with appropriate control mechanism.
Co-ordinating with SBUs heads various policy and process implementation and improvement relating to sales organisation.
Co-ordinate with Business operation team various commercial aspect and policy rolling out.
Preparation of customer wise profitability analysis quarterly base.
Analysis Gross margin % of all new pricing proposals.
Act as a Bridge with Business and Finance.
Comparison our price with competitor pricing and bring various insight on new pricing approach to Management with appropriate time.
Responsibility to maintain all Master Data relating to Sales organisation.
Defining Various Business process and structures in SAP to ensure smooth execution of new business vertical.
Supporting CFO to preparation of AOP for sales organisation.
Monitoring Sales Budget performance with actual results and identifying the Gap.
Ensuring appropriate allocation of Branding and Advertising Budget various SBUs unit.
Role Specific Competencies:
Good excel, PPT, SAP, analytical thinking. Business acumen,

CA is not a must but good business or financial qualification. like CMA or MBA
