Senior Manager- CA

Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic Finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing employee incentives, supporting our performance management system, and overseeing ESOP accounting and management. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, a keen eye for detail, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Incentive Calculations & Performance Management:

• Ensure accurate and timely calculation and disbursement of employee bonuses, commissions, and other incentives. Analyze performance data and identify trends to inform incentive plan design and adjustments.
• Assist in the development and review of performance metrics and Key result areas (KRAs).

ESOP Accounting & Management:

• Manage the accounting and reporting of employee stock options (ESOPs). Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations related to ESOPs.
• Assist in the administration of ESOP plans, including grant administration, vesting schedules, and tax implications.

Management Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators, financial trends, and areas for improvement.

Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and other regulatory requirements in financial reporting and disclosures.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting efficiency.

Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate financial performance, forecasts, and insights to key stakeholders.

Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audits, facilitating the review of financial statements and responding to audit queries.

Personal Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or reporting roles.

Thorough knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and their application in financial reporting.

Proficiency in accounting software Tally Prime, and Microsoft Excel.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
