Senior Manager - US GAAP Specialist - CA (6-15 yrs)

Urgent Opening for the Position of US Accounting Manager.

1. Financial Reporting and Analysis: prepare and analyse financial statements in compliance with IND AS and US GAAP. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

2. Audit Support: lead and support external and internal audits, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards. Collaborate with auditors to address findings and implement corrective measures.

3. SOX Compliance (Desirable): ensure adherence to SOX compliance requirements where applicable. Develop and maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risks

4. Cash Flow Management: monitor, manage, and forecast cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity and working capital management.

5. Cost Control and Process Improvement: identify opportunities for cost optimization and implement process improvement initiatives. Drive efficiency in financial operations and reporting processes.

6. MIS Reporting: develop and deliver Management Information System (MIS) reports to key stakeholders. Provide actionable insights for informed decision-making.

7. Budgeting and forecasting: prepare and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. conduct variance analysis and provide forecasts for financial performance.

Qualifications and

Experience: Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.

- 5-10 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, US GAAP, and IND AS compliance.

- Proven experience in preparing financials and handling audits.

- Strong analytical, IND AS and US GAAP Proficiency in advanced financial tools and ERP systems.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
