Ferns N Petals - Senior Finance Manager - CA (5-6 yrs)

Role Overview:

Ferns N Petals (FNP) is the leader and pioneer of the concept of gifting in India. Started in 1994 as a FlowerShop in Delhi, we have now over 430 outlets all over India, delivering happiness across 525 cities. We alsohave international presence in UAE, Singapore, Qatar, Kuwait etc. with further plans of quick expansion. Sr. Manager - Finance would lead the Payable piece along with coordinating with the DGM F&A in finalisation of different financial statements.

KRA :

- Monthly/annually finalization of financial statement.

- Hands on experience in managing account's payable function which includes purchase accounting, vendor invoice management, payments, accruals, prepaid, advances, imprest etc.

- Preparing and maintaining statutory book of accounts with hands on experience in Taxation and auditing related matters

- Maintaining Day-to-day accounts related activities in coordination with the internal/external department for smooth financial transactions.

- Managing Direct Taxes including TDS etc.

- Managing Fixed Assets accounting, intercompany/branch reconciliation etc.

- Managing GST and it's accounting thereof.

- Coordination with Auditors/consultants engaged by the company.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- CA with 5-6 Years of Post Quallification experience

- Hands on experience on ERP (Pref Navision).
