Role & responsibilities
- 5+ Years of experience Required in Contract Staffing (Contract Hiring & C2H).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and enthusiasm for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews and follow-up discussions with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data and status.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and other stakeholders on recruitment progress.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on the latest hiring trends, tools, and best practices in IT recruitment.
Qualifications
- Any degree
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter in Contract Staffing.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies (e.g., programming languages, frameworks, tools).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
