Role & responsibilities

TA Operations:

Ensure timely closure of all open positions within the prescribed TAT.

Optimize the utilization of available resources for sourcing profiles.

Conduct successful recruitment drives, including campus and walk-in events.

Develop a robust candidate pool for assigned positions.

Adhere to prescribed processes - from MRF generation to candidate selection.

Ensure adherence to processes from offer rollout to onboarding induction.

Process Documentation:

 Maintain duly filled and approved MRFs in a designated file.

Manage IVT-IJP forms (incoming and outgoing) in a systematic file.

Maintain Employee Personnel Files as per the Joining checklist.

Organize department-wise files (both soft and hard copies) for shortlisted and rejected candidates.

Reports:

Ensure timely and error-free submission of MRF tracker.

Submit BGV-PVC tracker accurately and within the deadline.

Timely submission of Manpower requirement sheet and Workload data sheet.

Audit Management:

Complete self-audit in a timely manner.

Effectively close open points identified during self-audit.

Manpower Planning and Hiring:

Complete Manpower planning within defined timelines.

Ensure 95% manning in the school every month.

Close all open positions within prescribed TAT.

Qualifications:

Masters in Human Resource Management (HRM).

Preferred candidate profile

• Tech-savvy individual.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven engagement skills and an understanding of driving processes within an organization.
