Role Overview Description
Senior Frontend Developer
We''re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer role in our product''s development and level up our frontend engineering practices. you will be responsible for designing & driving the development of high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to shape and implement innovative solutions that meet business requirements. You''ll ensure our platform remains efficient, scalable, and reliable as we scale and move fast.

You will be working within a small yet collaborative team, who care about each other and are always willing to help. There will be opportunities to work on a wide range of problems, which are always exciting and challenging and will be a part of building products that really saves people''s lives. In this role you will be reporting to the VP Engineering.

Requirements
* Extensive experience with front-end technologies, including Angular and Typescript (Additional React experience is a plus)
* Proven tract record of building and maintaining components and libraries at scale
* Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and best practices in responsive design
* Experience working in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with developers, designers, and product managers
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for crafting pixel-perfect user interfaces
* Familiarity with tools like Figma, Storybook, Chromatic and version control systems like Git
* A keen eye for detail and a deep appreciation for design aesthetics
* A solid understanding of semantic HTML, CSS, and core JavaScript concepts.
Responsibilities
* Familiarity with design systems and their implementation in large-scale organizations.
* Experience in building and maintaining component libraries and style guides.
* Proven experience as a front-end engineer with a strong design orientation.
* Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and the ability to translate designs into code.
* Collaborate with developers and designers to develop and maintain high-quality, reusable UI components that are accessible, scalable, and performant
* Advocate for and implement best practices in UX development, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience across all products
* Work closely with product teams to understand their needs and ensure the design system evolves to meet those needs
* Contribute to the documentation and education around the design system, helping to train and support other teams in using the system effectively
