Sr. FrontEnd Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer to join our team and help build exceptional user experiences. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing interactive web applications with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.

As a senior member of the team, you will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to bring our vision to life while mentoring junior developers and setting best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and responsive web applications.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional code.
• Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement best practices for maintainable, reusable, and testable code.
• Work with backend developers to integrate APIs and improve overall application performance.
• Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Drive architectural decisions and contribute to the overall technical direction of the frontend stack.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, or Angular (React / Next preferred).
• Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (Bootstrap,Tailwind, Styled Components, SASS, SCSS, etc.).
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Vuex, etc.).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
• Familiarity with build tools and package managers (Webpack, Vite, npm, Yarn).
• Understanding of performance optimization techniques for web applications.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library).
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with server-side rendering (Next.js, Nuxt.js).
• Knowledge of WebAssembly, Progressive Web Apps (PWA), or Web Components.
• Familiarity with design systems (Material UI, Chakra UI, Ant Design).
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
